Why Ayurveda ?
Born over 5,000 years ago on the Indian subcontinent, Ayurveda—literally “the science of life”, was first systematized in the Vedic texts and perfected by sages like Charaka and Sushruta. Rather than chasing quick fixes, Ayurveda mapped the intimate link between mind, body and environment, using herbs, minerals and daily rituals to maintain health and overall wellness. Its treatments were, and still are rooted in keen observation of nature’s cycles and your individual constitution (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).
